Online scam company?

My mum bought a product online. Some coffee or something. She was billed the correct amount of £4.00

A month later the same company used her bank details and billed her £88.00

When looking over her order emails there was a load of text about "friendly fraud" and "don't contact your bank, call us if there are any transaction issues" but they were hidden in the email.

I recommended cancelling the card and asking the bank to undo the transaction. But not sure exactly how to go about it. My partner was just told there was nothing to be done when a similar thing happened to them.

Any help is appreciated.
