I'm looking for suggestions for presents for a 8 year old and 10 year old girl, also 5 year old boy.
Have thought about lego for all, and dvd's so far but all suggestions welcome. Thanks

For the 8 year old - how about a bead set where she can make her own jewellery or the game Twister. That always goes down a treat. You can buy twister with Hello Kitty all over it.
For the 10 year old - a card making kit, a classic novel such as the Hobbit, Wizard of Oz or a watch ( you can get one where you can change the colour of watch face and straps).
For the 5 year boy - Jenga or for Xmas, the Snowman DVD.
I have brought these presses for friend's children and because I live on a budget start thinking months ahead about their presses.0 -
girls LOVE stationary, small booklets/diaries/ matching pens. Gel pens, fluorescent pens. Wilco or WHSmiths. I make up little boxes complete with selotape, stapler, scissors, post-it notes and a few sweeties x. The card making kit mentioned above would be loved by my 2 too."A wise mum remembers her friends at all times, a foolish mum, only when she has need of them..."0

I agree, my girls go mad for stationary bits, always pinching my sellotape, envelopes, blue tack etc. This Christmas I'm planning to make up a box of this kind of stuff for each of my daughters.
Lego is always a winner in our house, they seem to especially love the lego accessories such as the keyrings and fridge magnets, which you can get at the official lego shop online.
My eldest (7) is really into crafts - things like sewing or knitting kits would go down really well. Art supplies too. Books are always a good bet, Enid Blyton, Roald Dahl and Rainbow Magic are her current favourites.
My other two are 5 and 4 and their favourite thing to play with is playmobil. They also love sylvanian families (maybe a bit girly though), games such as frustration, jigsaw puzzles, playdough sets, anything they can use in the garden such as football, tennis rackets, water guns.

For 10 year old-art box for girls her age. Anything from paint, markers, paper, glue, beads, sequins, glitter fabric trim, maybe a white t shirt, colored pencils etc. Or a movie basket with a cozy kid size blanket. Popcorn bucket, candy, kid movie, etc.
