The last few pay days I have managed to pay off a few loans and bits and pieces completely. However, this last month has been horrid. In fact, the last two months have been.
My husband is from the States and his mum has been quite ill recently. It meant we had to fork out for a ticket so he could go and visit her. I feel bad I couldn't go too as I care for her dearly too. As it was a last minute thing, to no fault of anybody - we can't help bad health
- it meant it was a lot more than we had in our budget. £900 later, he's on a flight to Texas.
I'd managed to pay off my !!!!!!!!!!!!! loans. However, that left me with £0 extra this month. In the long term it has done me the world of good, however, at the moment, I have -£40 in my current account.
I still owe...
£911 to wonga
£840 to quickquid
£720 to paydayuk
£228 to firststoploans
£340 to t-mobile
£50 to Barclays
This doesn't include my overdraft of nearly 2k
I get paid next week. I can pay wonga off completely, however, it would mean I'd be left with £0 after all the others at min payment have been paid too.
Do I pay off a small amount and the rest the month after or do I pay it off all in one...
My wages should be going up at the end of September, however it isn't guaranteed. I earn £32k a year and have nothing to show for it apart from slowly diminishing debts, and even those don't seem to get much smaller.
I had aimed to be debt free by September, but I do think that was a little optimistic
Help...
(loans were taken out when we were both unemployed)
