Can anyone help me please. I am looking at one of these bikes on Ebay and seller tells me it has suspension, good gears and disc brakes front and back. I am struggling to find this make on the internet. Can anyone tell me anything about the make and whether it is any good please. Thank you

I've not heard of the make, but the price should tell you everything you need to know.
i assume its pretty cheap ?
cheap bike + suspension + disc brakes do not go together.
If its a full suspension, rather than a hard tail, then you should steer well clear.
althou im not sure if you can get a full suspension ladies bike0 -

Ladies version of my MTB
Oh and for the benefit of OP, never buy a FS bike that retails at less than £1000.
A pair of entry level suspension forks are £150-£200 just for the forks. So a bike for less that £300 with suspension of any kind is going to be a pile of rubbish.
I'd suggest 2nd hand, but women's bikes go for silly money on Ebay/etc.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Thank you both for your advice. It's only front suspension, 2nd hand but never used and on ebay.0

Fairly unknown brand, traced one to a seller on Amazon, most of their other bikes are under £200, so I wouldn't pay much more than £50 for the one your describing.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

No, they don't get nicked.....
Stolen bikes tend to swap hands down the local boozer for £50-£100, tends to be mid to high end mountain bikes. The parts are stripped and sold on various websites.
But on Ebay, womens bikes are popular because:
a) they're less common
b) guys trying to get the missus into cycling, without spending vast sums of money“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

In London, my experience is Women's bikes attract lower prices on eBay, and are less likely to get nicked.
Whilst there are fewer of them on the road, they tend to get used and abused less.
I ride a WSD Trek T10 and looking at prices when they come up, they tend to be in the £45-70 bracket rather than £90-110.
I would recommend a brand like Giant, Trek or specialized, and go secondhand from someone whose aspirations exceeded their resolve. Do check the sizes in a store, they are not sized the same as men's.So many glitches, so little time...0 -

Yes....and the lower the supply, the higher the price.
Because there are fewer of them sold, they cost more.
Of course it's mainly because lots of women ride "mens" bikes, so "women's" bikes are a bit niche.0
