Quick Quid - Impossible to deal with

Hi,

I lost my job and have struggled to find a new one. To improve my chances i have started full time education and now solely rely on my partner until i find part time work.

I informed 3 pay day loan companies of my situation, one has ignored all contact i have made. 1 has been fantastic and is willing to work with me to pay the loan back.

Quick Quid are the final one - and are being impossible to deal with.

I owe £637, i have said i can pay back over 10 months of equal payments (my partner would be paying it back for me).

They wont acknowledge my offer and instead keep banging on about collection process etc.

I've sent them the removal of rights of access, cancelled my card and also ensured the continuous payment authority both with the bank and lender was removed.

While i am confident my partner and i can deal with Quick Quid and any 3rd parties which get involved, i was wondering if anyone could point in me in the direction of template letters, guidance and see guidelines/legal regulations etc.

Any other information i should be aware of (like other interest being added etc) would be very welcome too.

I want to pay them back, i am just frustrated of being ignored now.

They have not sent me the original CCA yet either. I asked over 12 days ago...

Then fire off a written complaint, signed for. If they ignore then you can refer to FOS after 8 weeks. Take your pick from the link as to what to include...
