Thoughts from you Money Savers would be greatly welcomed.
£250k loan on interest only, 4.84% with 19 months left of tie in.... fee to get out £6750.
I think I can squeeze a valuation of £350k for the house so am looking at 75% LTV. This seems to open up a number of lenders at with 5 year fixes of around 2.85% and would be looking to move to Repayment Mortgage. I need 5 year fix for security.
What should I do Money Savers ?
