General

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry and agreement to comply with them.
2. Entry is only open to residents of the UK, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Bel UK (the "Promoter") and their immediate families, agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid Facebook account are also required.
4. The Promotion is open between noon on 29th July 2013 ("Opening Date") and 23.59 on 20th October 2013 ("Closing Date"). All claims must be received by this date.
5. Please retain your pack (round box lid and base of packaging) with a winning code and till receipt, dated prior to entry as it will be required to validate a prize claim.

6. For Entry: purchase any promotional pack of Laughing Cow Cheese Triangles, enter your details and the 11-digit code found on the pack at https://www.facebook.com/TheLaughingCowUK. You will be required to 'like' the page in order to use the Facebook application.
7. You will find out instantly on screen if you're a winner of a £500 (€550 for ROI residents) SpaFinder Wellness voucher. All entries will be automatically entered into the main prize draw to win a luxury spa break to the BodyHoliday, LeSPORT resort, St Lucia (Caribbean).
8. Participating products: promotional packs of 140g or 280g of The Laughing Cow Original, Light, Extra Light Cheese Triangles and 128g of The Laughing Cow Light with Blue Cheese.
9. Codes: can be found on the back of promotional packs, subject to availability. Codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as printed on the promotional pack. You can enter once per promotional code and you may enter up to 2 times per day per person. Attempts to use codes from non-purchased packs, non-promotional packs, guessing codes or the use of codes not intended for use in this promotion will result in disqualification. Codes have no value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Entrants who make an entry on someone else's behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter's discretion. Prizes and prize draws

11. Winners of the 200 x SpaFinder vouchers will be notified instantly online if they have won. Prizes will be awarded using an independently verified computerised prize picker system that gives an equal percentage chance of winning. Although all prizes could be won the probability is they will not all be won. All winners are required to send the promotional pack (lid and base) bearing their winning code along with their original till receipt to: The Laughing Cow Luxury Spa Breaks, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY within 28 days of notification. All prize claims must be received by no later than midnight on 20/11/13. Winners will be asked to confirm their address and date of birth. No photocopies accepted.
12. The main prize draw for the luxury spa break will take place on the 21st October 2013 and the winner will be notified within 14 days by email. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
13. Online Instant Win prizes: SpaFinder Voucher
i. There are 200 prizes to be won. Each prize is a SpaFinder Wellness Voucher worth £500 (or €550 for ROI residents) redeemable at a 605 locations across the UK, RoI and thousands worldwide through https://www.spafinder.co.uk. Prizes will be in the form of a gift voucher and subject to standard terms and conditions available at http://www.spafinder.co.uk/about/vouchertandc.jsp
ii. All bookings must be made directly with the chosen SpaFinder partner. You must state when booking that a SpaFinder voucher will be used. Participating salons or spas can be found at https://www.spafinder.co.uk and the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or injury incurred as a result of acceptance of the prize.
iii. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
iv. There is no cash alternative or refund. Prize is non-transferable.
14. Main prize: BodyHoliday LeSport Holiday
i. One luxury spa break prize worth up to £10,000 to be won. Holiday based on 2 adults sharing for 10 nights on an all-inclusive full board basis staying at The BodyHoliday, LeSPORT resort, St Lucia including return flights from London Gatwick and resort transfers, not including additional items of expenditure such as airport transfers and parking. Subject to availability and dates of travel.
ii. The maximum value of the luxury spa break prize to be arranged with the winners will be £10,000, which shall include fees charged by the Travel Agency for the co-ordination and booking of all holiday arrangements. The winner does not have the right to source the same holiday at a cheaper cost from another source and claim the difference in monies saved as a form of income.
iii. Holiday must be redeemed between 6th January 2014 - 30th June 2014, subject to availability, excluding bank holidays and New Year period. Return travel must be completed by 30th June 2014.
iv. Non-transferable to another person.
v. At least one person travelling must be 18 or over.
vi. All travel must be booked at least 6 weeks prior to the winners preferred departure with the Promoter's appointed travel organiser.
vii. All air travel is subject to the airlines standard terms and conditions. Once booked, flights cannot be altered or amended. Any changes are subject to the Promoter's and the Promoter's appointed travel organisers discretion and the Promoter's appointed travel organisers booking conditions.
viii. The Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any airline loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offers.
ix. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals, any type of insurance or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for the winner and guest(s).
x. Passports and all relevant Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prizewinner (passports should have a minimum 6 months validity beyond return date). Neither Promoter nor the Promoter's appointed travel organiser can be held responsible if the prizewinner or any of the travelling party fails to obtain the required travel documentation.
xi. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the Holiday Prize. If the Holiday Prize value falls under the allotted maximum of £10,000, the difference in value cannot be redeemed for any other item or holiday.
xii. The prizewinner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prizewinner and their party (where applicable). The Promoter's appointed travel organiser's booking conditions will apply in respect of a hotel / tour / transport or any other part of the holiday prize being withdrawn or amended after booking.
xiii. Any cancellations or amendments made by the prizewinner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to cancellation fees or administration charges as per the Promoter's appointed travel organiser's booking conditions.
xiv. Comprehensive travel insurance is not included in the prize and is mandatory for the winner and guest(s). This will be the prizewinner's responsibility and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure.
15. To redeem your prize, the winner must send in their winning pack either via post or send a clear scan or photo of the front and back of their pack via email, clearly showing the entry code, unless agreed otherwise. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost entries. It is the winners' responsibility to make sure the pack reaches the stated address within 28 days of notification. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
16. No responsibility can be taken for claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. We recommend you take a copy of your winning pack and till receipt before sending.
17. The decision of the independent adjudicator on the selection of the winners is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. Prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winner does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. If due to unforeseen circumstances the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
19. The names and counties of the winners will be available for three months after the closing date by emailing beluk@groupe-bel.com.
20. Winners may be required, at the Promoter's request, to participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as Facebook post, publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
21. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the promotion to all participants, the Promoter will not enter into discussions regarding the running of this promotion via Facebook, but will respond to questions via beluk@groupe-bel.com.
22. Any entrant posting or seen to be posting comments to The Laughing Cow Facebook page or elsewhere during the draw that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other contestants, fans of The Laughing Cow or directly aimed at the Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the draw. We reserve the right to alert Facebook to any such behaviour and you may have your account frozen pending investigation.

Privacy and responsibility

23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
24. The winners agree to comply with the reasonable requests of the Promoter and its agents and shall also be responsible to the Promoter for the acts and omissions of their guests. Winners and their guest must act within the framework of acceptable and proper behaviour during the course of the prize trip and comply with all rules and regulations laid down by those providing the elements of the prizes.
25. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the promotion we actively discourage over-consumption. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use just to participate.
26. Systems are in place to identify attempts at code guessing, cheating or suspected over-consumption, and we reserve the right to request proof of purchase such as physical packaging with codes and till receipts.
27. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any incorrect and/or inaccurate information, including without limitation email addresses, submitted at the time of entry.
28. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
29. Where there are exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
30. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded.
31. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
