My colleague is away at the moment, so I'm doing the admin on all our cases, looking after the newbuild sites which have become very busy in the last couple of months and trying to do new appointments and protection follow-up calls on my own cases.
I have the office number, his mobile number and my own phones, plus his emails are diverted to me too.
After the weekend, I issued nine IDD and data capture form emails from the enquiries. Starting at 6am is the only way to have a semi-clear desk when that days calls start.I am a mortgage broker.
