Hi,
Leeds building society offering favourable rates at 95% LTV if its through PMS/Sesame.
Can anyone let me know who/what PMS and Sesame actually are and if its available to Joe public.

PMS is a mortgage club and is part of Sesame Network.
I dont believe you can go direct for the product (but could be wrong here) You will need to find a broker that is part of Sesame, or a member of the PMS mortgage club.I am a Mortgage Adviser

Any IFA or mortgage adviser who is a member of the Sesame network, PMS or uses Bankhall should have access to that.
Sesame Bankhall group is a provider of compliance services to IFAs and mortgage advisers. They also arrange terms with providers which may not be available direct or at different rates to direct. Most mortgage advisers will have something similar irrespective of whom they use. Many thanks to you all, this has demonstrated to me that a broker is the way to go, that rate is much better than any i can find on a 95% LTV.0
