We're off to Ireland at the end of November to visit the OHs dad and sisters

I want to make them some things for xmas, but need stuff that will travel well on a plane

For the girls (ages 12, 17 & 18) I was thinking of:

Snowman Soup

I dont have lots of money to spend, but still want to get them a few bits

Any other ideas??

cheeky question, are you planning on checking in a bag or just using carry on? it's just that if it's a carry on, you can't carry nail scissors

We have a checked in bag as well as hand luggage :) (Still not sure that I'll have enough room for everything! lol)

  • How about a cheap DVD from their childhood?

I was born in 92 (so 21 now) but my favourites like Homeward Bound, Free Willy etc were only on VHS and its only recent years they put them on DVD. My cousins last year got a little hamper each with a few things in as well as a cheapo DVD. Things like Little Rascals, Homeward Bound, The Dog Who Saved Christmas etc. Mine are a bit younger (13, 10, 8 and 5) but even at my age I was quite thrilled to have Homeward Bound on DVD. Best film ever :o

Snowman soup is a winner for all too! How about a £1 scratch card and/or lotto ticket type of thing too?
