Think I may have lost out :(

I was browsing topcashback just then after not being on it for a while today and noticed I had a support ticket. I thought it must have been for snap and save cashback i'd had an issue with a while ago but when i looked i was told i'd won the bskyb competition for the television.

Now when i read the email it said i had to contact them by the 10th August to arrange delivery.

But my issue is i never received an email or call or anything else off them regarding this. I didn't know tcb competitions winners would get a support ticket to announce a win. Obviously I messaged them back but it wasn't very clear at all how to.

Now i'm thinking i've just missed out on something i'd have really loved because short of going on topcashback every week, i'd have no way of knowing about.

I don't understand why companies do this, it's like they assume every customer will look at their site daily!

I have no advice about the login message sorry. Is there a contact us section you can use to find their phone number?

Write something on their Facebook wall about it and make out it is their fault fo not letting you know via email or phone about the prize

Thank you! I don't either! I check my emails every day so I wouldn't miss anything that way. I shouldn't have to look at topcashback every week to check - it's not like it's social media where you tend to go on most days.

thanks for the suggestion! i've just done it now...saw that they were last active a couple of hours ago so can't hurt to try and get a quicker response (as support tickets take days to be responded to /usually weeks) hopefully i've still got a chance.

They did ask for me to write something on their site about my win in the support ticket. So i hope they're not gonna hold the facebooking thing against me?

T&Cs are still up (looks like they don't send a winning e-mail just a support ticket and an e-mail to say there is a support ticket)

Winners will be notified via a support ticket in their TopCashBack Account within 48 hours of the prize draw close date. An email notification for this support ticket will also be sent to the winner’s TopCashBack registered email address.

We have no obligation to offer the prize to potential winners who were contacted but failed to respond within 14 days of being notified.

i didn't get the email to say there was a support ticket though.

They messaged me the end of july, when i hadnt checked my topcashback. I feel really down now

Just as update guys- THEY LET ME HAVE IT!
