For an exisiting customer with the halifax?
Hi, Just wondering if your current mortgage deal is comming to an end how soon can you re-apply for a mortgage for an existing customer?
Is it right at the end or can you do it months in advance? so lets say its going to end in November this year, could I apply noe or have to wait until then.
Many Thanks.

I think with the Halifax, you can apply up to two months beforehand. That was the timeframe when I changed mine mid-2012, but you're best to check with them.
In any event, you're probably at least a month too early, but good to be thinking about it nowSo many glitches, so little time...0 -
PT process changed not too long ago. It can only be done in the month before now, IIRC.I am a mortgage broker. By the way, it's not a new mortgage you'll be applying for in this scenario, it's a Product Transfer - a new interest rate product on the same mortgage.Early retired - 18th December 2014
