    Well this should be a straight forward re-mortgage case for you

    Consolidating should be looked at carefully, however if you are finding that you are struggling with the current situation it is a viable option to use.

    You should understand the implications that you are turning unsecured debt into secured debt on your property and that you could potentially be paying back far more interest over a longer mortgage term

    Put it this way... I am looking to remortgage... I cant see your telephone number or website address so could I kindly ask you to PM me with your contact details?
  • I think given your situation proably remortgage onto a 5-10 year fixed rate for as short a period as possible and also overpay the mortgage every year by a decent figure, never let your debt grow!
