it is if you can make good use of them

eg if one bakery was able to turn 10kg of flour into 20 loafs of bread while the other could only achieve 15 loafs (due to waste) then its a good thing

The private rental sector homes people at a higher density utilising a higher portion of bedrooms.

    It's a pity chucky got PPR'd
He was often good for some thought provoking debate, and always courteous and polite.
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

I liked chucky, but I suspect that he is still here, and very close.

You're investing in property and providing homes to people who would otherwise be stuck with only council or charity housing.
    .

Because you BOUGHT the property they might have been able to buy.

Oh Yes they are all saving to buy, eventually.

So since the 18th December we have showed the following people around.

    1) Unmarried couple, baby due in April. He has 2 kids from previous relationship, they both currently living with respective parents. And they say they are "saving" for a deposit. They clearly hated our nice house, which would be perfect for them.
    2) Semi-retired couple, selling a large house, need a 6 month stop gap before they move to Europe.
    3) No show.
    4) Couple in their 40's, both divorced, both with grown up kids, have been together for 12 months, she's got a new job in the area and they want a 12 month stop gap, before they buy something. Struggling to find somewhere that will take dogs.
    They WANT it.
    5) Not yet viewed, but on the phone, they are a couple moved north for his work, foolishly picked a rental in "beruit" and want to move somewhere nicer.
    6) Couple about 30, one freelance builder, one office worker, 2 kids 8 and 1, LOVE the house, although would prefer a council house, due to long term stability. I got the impression they were on a tight budget, but they'd pay the rent on time, in order to stay live somewhere nice. They say they want to stay long term. They mentioned saving for a deposit, but I find it unlikely they could afford this area. (Assuming 10% deposit, they'd need a mortgage of £115K which I don't think they would get. They could afford it as it's less than the rent)

Couple 4 and 6 are filling in forms.
