Regarding this weeks Best magazine UPDATE

Not sure if this weeks crossword(issue 33) will be valid or not.They have printed this weeks answers,instead of answers to an earlier issue.I have sent a message via Facebook.Will update if/when i get a reply,although from previous experience,they are not the best at replying to messages.
I'm still battling this out with their production department.They say what is in the magazine is correct, but there are only 9 answers that don't fit the crossword clues, all the other answers fit todays crossword.
Hope this makes sense.
