Options
Hi guys
I go on holiday in 4 weeks and need to shift a little body fat, I am around average i think, 32 weist but have a little stomach, I have got a very good eating plane which consists of chicken and salmon etc and cut out chips, chocolate, chrisps, coke etc apart from maybe a saturday treat and if I go out i will be ordering vodka and diet coke, I am looking at 4 different slimming tablets and wondered if anyone knew which is best to shift body fat and show my 6 packs, I used to be very good at the gym but then lost my 6 pack when i stopped going, I am now jogging 2 times a day and doing a 20mins circuit training at home.

  • Why you're wasting money on these medicines, even you can burn fats with daily work out. I think there's no need to use any kind of medicine in this age. You are young, burn your fats with regular workout.
  • No pills at all, a low-carb diet and lots of free weight or body weight training will see the best results.

Don't leave it so late next time :)

Probably none of them, if they are being sold in supermarkets and amazon then they are likely to have too low amounts of the active ingredients to have any benefit. The instructions on the labels will all tell you to eat healthily along with the pills and probably up your water intake and this is what actually helps you lose the weight.

Cutting the junk food, increasing your water intake to around 2-3L a day (spaced out over the day) and regular exercise will help you lose weight and tone up.
  • Three times a week wake up early, have only some coffee or a glass of juice and then go for a run of at least 1 hour. If you can, go 5 min fast, 5 min slow and so on - if not - then just carry on a comfortable pace for the whole hour.

When you finish do a few stretches and have healthy breakfast. No food after 18:00 on any day and you will be fine without any supplements, pills or capsules.
  • You CAN lose weight very quickly by taking an Ephedrine Caffeine Aspirin (ECA) stack. I've been using these pills on and off for the last few years and the fat literally melts away. The best thing about them is they make you work really hard at the gym yet also keep the hunger pangs away ie you burn SIGNIFICANTLY more calories than you consume = weight loss very quickly :p

There is a very good reason why these are banned in some countries.

Google Fruit Flush diet. It's a high fibre low calorie diet done just over a few days.

I use it whenever I have to cut weight for a fight to kick off the weight lose process, or if I've been slack with my diet and its the week before a fight.

You'll see noticeable improvements in fat loss/tone in just a few a days, several should come up when you google it, but go for the one which includes protein shakes so you preserve muscle.

Or can make your own ECA stack. Pretty sure ephedrine (decongestant) caffeine and aspirin are not banned in ANY country.

No, but in the UK it is a controlled P substance, and should only be sold with a registered and qualified pharmacist present. (In the US and Canada you cannot buy more than 8mg over the counter). Since it's much stronger than caffeine, and a precursor to methamphetamines, it can be dangerous for some people who have heart problems, anxiety etc. A routine ECG and general health check should be carried out before using a ECA stack or thermogenic burner.

(A good source with studies to back this up: http://www.mindandmuscle.net/articles/ephedrine-cardiotoxicity-in-healthy-adults-where-is-the-proof-by-robbie-durand-m-a-c-s-c-s/)

OP, you are better off changing your exercise to HIIT and weight training, instead of small amounts of cardio. Look at the Insanity workout, it's one of the best home videos out there. Eat clean, homecooked food and avoid anything that has ingredients in that you don't know what they are!

And OP, if you're convinced you still want supplements to help you, check out monstersupplements.com for stuff on there. They have reviews on most of their products, and the staff will answer any questions you have if you contact them. I use them to order my protein shakes and I will only buy supps from them.
