I have a flat which is currently rented out, on a consent to let from Virgin Money (ex NRAM).
I am looking to move from my existing home and would like to rent out that one too. It is mortgaged with RBS.
Is it possible to have two consent to let? Or do I need to switch the Virgin Money mortgage to a buy to let mortgage?
