When are you due to complete?
I dont know what HSBCs stance is as they do not deal with brokers but when i worked for RBS they used to update credit reports on the last day of the month, if your due to complete before September you may get lucky even if it does show AND HSBC do another a check.

The real answer is nobody can give you a cast iron guarantee they will or wont.

The lender will release the funds a day or 2 before the 30th so if the gym company were to update the credit report on the 30th, you should get lucky.
