Possible strange (WEM) healthy supplies

Had an email purporting to be from healthy supplies, stating an order has been dispatched, and giving a parcelforce tracking number, checked the tracking but its not recognised, so I'm assuming its some form of scam, although there are no links with the email, checked and they have run competitions on here, but nothing since April, so can't figure out what it's all about, anyone else had anything similar?

There is a healthy supplies comp usually posted every Monday by KatieL that ends 11am the following Friday. Search healthysupplies to see them all. Recent comps have all been for some kind of hamper worth £30.

I won a while back, all I received was a tracking number in my emails. No info about the comp.
