Self employed help

Hi,
My husband and I are in the process of applying for a 90% mortgage but my husband is self employed and we're having trouble. His previous years accounts from his partnership haven't yet been finalised ( although his share won't change as his full expenses are in- just waiting on the expenses of the other partners) so we can't submit finalised accounts. We are trying with an accountants reference instead but we are struggling to find mortgage providers who will accept the reference instead of finalised accounts.
Does anyone have advice of mortgage providers or even brokers who are great at issues like this!
Thanks

Typically lenders ask for 3 years' worth of accounts to qualify for a self-employed mortgage, so without such proof, it will be difficult. It's best to speak to the lender you'd like to get a mortgage with, or speak to a broker. They will be able to offer advice on lenders who can help or give you an idea on what to do next in your situation.
Good luck!

Not enough information here to assist you.
Are there figures from previous trading years? When do the latest available figures run up to? Have you got copies of your husbands SA302s?I am a Mortgage Broker

How do know what the share is, if finalised accounts haven't been produced?0
