Do CCJ's become re registered after 6yrs ?

Im aware that after 6yrs they drop of the credit files but if there unsettled and being paid off do the lenders re register them for a further 6yrs ?
I have one that expires next January that im paying off, in fact i over pay the monthly judgment amount set by the court and have never missed a payment ever. The CCJ is with Natwest and handled by Shoosmiths and has reduced from 27k to 11k now..
Are they likely to re registered it in January when the 6yrs are up ?

No...once 6 years is up then it drops off your credit report. You still owe the money but it just doesn't appear any more. They can take further action up to 6 years since your last payment but none of this should appear on your credit report especially considering you are making repayments.:footie:
