Anyone else had issues?
Im still waiting for one from 24/06 they email saying there was a 28 day delay, but still nothing and they're not replying to emails.

I assume this is the cloud nine potion? I haven't received mine either but not emailed them yet. On the website it's listed as pre-order only so guessing they still don't have stock yet.0

Hello, I had the same problem with the Sanctuary Facial Oil prize. I emailed stellabeauty@telegraph.co.uk and someone called 'Lucy' responded quite quickly and soon after I received my prize. Hope this helps.0

Yes, Lucy sorted my BB Lips prize out too.
It is usually the supplier that is the problem, but an e-mail from Lucy helps, and she will let you know what's happened.0 -
