I have just been tweeted to say I have won a competition, they have sent me a DM asking for my address, however because they aren't following me it won't let me send a reply. *panic*

What do I do?! I have tweeted them but had no response yet.

When this has happened to me in the past they have generally responded to a Tweet asking them to follow me, are they also on Facebook?

hi, how long has it been? i had that a while ago and i tweeted them twice once as a reply and once otherwise and they got back to me severl hours later. whats the company, maybe they follow someone else who could could DM them to ask them to follow you, hope you get it sorted soon x

Maybe I am just being impatient haha. It was an hour ago, they have posted another tweet since, just not to me. Can't find them on Facebook (Quidco)
