Please can anyone tell me who 'the red collection service" are?
I have a letter from them asking me for money that I definitely do not owe!! They claim that I have had a debt with three mobile for hundreds of pounds, I have always had a mobile phone with Vodafone and I have always paid monthly! Do I ignore this letter? :mad: any help would be appreciated.

Have they put anything on your credit files?

Just to thank you fermi for the letter I copied and sent. I have had a reply, they have concluded that the debt is not linked to me and apologized for the inconvenience caused. (I don't think they realize how much grief they cause!) Many thanks again.0

If you want to feel better, then a complaint to the financial ombudsmen, trading standards, etc. might be in order. These clowns need stopping and the only way is by complaints.
