I rang up for the offer and kept getting through to Indian call centre I was getting very annoyed as one didn’t know what I was talking about so had to put the phone down rang back and they wanted to charge me £150 even though im an Existing customer.....finally got there in the end though

What I have done is to say I want to leave them and join Sky+ as the facility on the recording on the Sky+ box is something that I like the idea of. I was then offered the V+ box free of charge and a upgrade to the XL T.V package (from a British call centre).
I now get Talk unlimited,medium broadband,XL T.V. package and a second box(not V+) for £49 a month.
Hope this helps0 -
i am in an ntl area and sometimes get through to the indian call centre...it is just luck where you call is routed to, from my experience. the best way to get round the charge is to install new services (£25) and then price match with sky for all the extras.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. On a VIP package?
Although, you will still see a £10 charge on your VIP bill, the price you pay for your service won’t change – it’s already fantastic value!0
