aquasheild / credit reclaim

Hi,
I'm new to the forum and having my first attempt at using it.
We had a roof coating applied to our house by a company called aquasheild from Glasgow. The work was poor and when the company went bust, surprise surprise, we contacted the finance company, Hitachi Capital. Some remedial work was undertaken by a contractor provided by them and the credit payment is now complete.
We have recently been contacted by a company called Consumer Reclaim, offering to reclaim all payments from Hitachi as this type of coating is generally considered worthless and may have been missold. Their fees are 25% of any successful claim.
Has anyone any experience of this company or this type of claim.
