The monthly prize winner will receive a set of Michelin Pilot Sport tyres. The Pilot Sport tyres are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
The tyres will be delivered to a tyre dealer of the winner's choice to be fitted.
Fitting costs are the responsibility of the winner.
Tyres for 4x4 vehicles are not part of the offer.

Click on the entry form field & scroll down to bring the rest of the form & the submit button into view, or tab between fields to move down.
Took me a while to figure it.
