Stopping phones calls by wiritng - what next?

I've been having problems with unsolicited phone calls for a while now and have sent the standard templated letter from these forums off by recorded delivery a total of 3 times now.
Calls stop for a while and then start all of a sudden with them naturally having zero knowledge of anything beyond the script in front of them.
(Latest calls: Had 1 call on Friday morning, 1 silent call Saturday and 1 about half an hour ago)

Since I've now sent the required 3 letters, who do I escalate this to?

It depends on who is calling and why. More details would help generate answers x

  • Yes some more information would help. One thing i learned when having a problem with a debt collecting agency or their agents was.... NEVER give them or contact them using your personal land line or mobile numbers. Always, Always deal with them via letter.
