At my Clinique counter I was told I needed a voucher.
The lady said they had been supplied with the samples, but she could only provide them to people who bring in the voucher with a barcode for her to scan. She said "keep a look out for the Clinique sample campaign that we be running in the big newspapers as the vouchers will be in there"

Anyone else had the same experience?

I went into House of Fraser in Manchester yesterday and just asked for the free serum. After giviing them a few basic details and agreeing to return in two weeks for a "consultation" I was given the sample.

No, I just asked for it and got the freebie. The lady did ask me where I heard about it.

If you get asked next time, there was an advert inside Metro on Mon/Tues this week (when the campaign first started) you could load it on the e-metro on your phone I suppose!

Been for the 2 week consultation today with my empty bottle. Was prepared for them to do the "big sell" and was pleasantly surprised that they just asked me a couple of questions such as how did I rate my skin and what were my skin issues.......and then gave me another free bottle the same as the one given out previously. brilliant freebie
