Leeds mortgages

Hi, I am looking to buy but unsure if I will be okay getting a mortgage, I have recently signed my old house over to my ex wife and now need to find somewhere. I only have a 5% deposit and have been looking a Leeds mortgage or nationwides save to buy.

Are the Leeds deals okay and what are the likelihood of being accepted?

I earn 13000 and my partner earns 10000

Both have no debts or missed payments and looking for around 90000.

Thanks shaun

and ensure you enter your outgoings, such as maintenance and any credit commitments.
