Hi
I currently have a standard repayment mortgage and my current ltv would be 60-75%.
I want to get a but to let mortgage on the current property so I can eventually rent it out.
I also have a house I am self building ( partially completed) and I would like to get a small mortgage to finish it so I can move in and rent the current property out.
is this possible?

Yes, depending on the exact details and time frames involved there could be one of several ways to do this. I think you really need to sit down with a broker as your post is vary vague.
