Last week, at the age of 49, it was my brother and his wife.

If you've not been visited for a while maybe your doorbell just needs new batteries? Or try getting a nice Garibaldi in to offer people :)
Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree! :D

Mine are very few and far between now. At 49 I had a few missed months. Last year (50) I had them up till June they stopped completely. This year I have only had 1 in June.
Having checked on forums, they can be absent for 18 months and then another one appear so those who have had only a few months without one may still get one or two.

    47. I had ablation for long heavy periods (hb was 7.4) and never had a period after that. I'm 50 now and get occasional hot flush so I'm guessing am going through the menopause but no other symptoms.

Wish I had had ablation years before though. Not having any more periods has been great.

I'm 45 & the past couple of years they have been longer gaps between :-)
Last one was probably a few months ago:-)
I'm overdue though, my mum & sister were over it all in their early 40s.

I stopped fairly quickly when I was 42, now 61 in 3 weeks. This co-incided with a new relationship which is still going strong!

I was on HRT for 10 years, then my GP decided it was long enough. I get the occasional hot flush but no real problems. I thinki have been one of the lucky ones.

When my doctor asked me if I still have periods it made me feel very old (I am 40!).

When I had my smear recently I was asked the date of my last period:p:p:p:p:p:p

Three years ago when I last had a smear and I said things were grinding to a halt the doctor seemed surprised. I'm obviously very young looking :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
