Help with BTL mortgage but I have bad debt and CCJ

Hi all, I need some mortgage help. I have a BTL with bank of Scotland and its all up to date. Looking now to remortgage to another lender.only thing is I don't have a good credit score and had defaulted on my loans 3 years ago as well as having a Small CCJ. Am looking for a 75% LTV. Was looking at the Clydesdale BTL anyone know if they will accept me or if any other lender would look at it?

I'd take it to a whole of market broker, but do bear the rate you are on right now may be better than anything you can get on the market due to the historySo many glitches, so little time...0
