We are seeing a lot of appeals being upheld, on the fact that a PPC is not proving it's a genuine pre-estimate of loss and then dismissing the rest of the appeal points.
Although it's good that the PPC's are getting a pasting, I wish that POPLA would deal with all appeal points, so we can see where they stand on them.
