4 Garner’s Original Pickled Onions, sliced
1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 courgette, chopped
3 –4 tbsp Garner’s Organic Apple Chutney
Freshly milled black pepper
A few sprigs of tarragon, chopped
1pkt filo pastry
Rapeseed oil/melted butter for brushing
