A time for celebration, surely?0 -

Our average was better than the London overall average of 7.1%:
Hackney 13.1%
Wandsworth 12%
Haringey 0.4%

EDIT: According to the report Newham went up by 3.9%. Hillingdon (never heard of it) was the shocker at -5.3%.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Hillingdon is the bit west of Harrow and north of Heathrow. Uxbridge/Ruislip etc.0 -

If, as I assume, you are talking about someone who could do either [implied using your word 'choose'] then I don't think heroism or social standing enters into it does it?
For anyone in a position to take one road or the other, then surely their choice has more to do with their financial acumen that anything else?
A huge number of social outcasts buy their own house, and a huge number of heroes live in council houses.0 -

I think its only on this board renters are classed as underclass, and only by about 3 people0 -

Thanks for hat Chuck. Too often the usual suspects on here make up information and post it to try and negate positive news. It's a desperate strategy.
There were only 3 out of 33 London boroughs that showed a loss:
Hillingdon -5.3%
Redbridge -0.6%
Bromley -0.1%
We have one property in Haringey which according to the report was the 4th worst performer only showing a 0.4% increase, that figure did surprise me as I was under the impression that it had gone up more, but 0.4% was an overall borough average figure of course.
Surely the City of London 68.4% must be an error?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

The City of London numbers are probably due to low volume distorting the numbers, definitely not right!0
