Advice needed - T&C's help?

Hi forum friends
I need your help...(and apologise for the length of this "story"!)
I need to find the T&C's for a Tesco Facebook competition which I entered in early July. Entry was via a Facebook app which now only takes you to the winner announcement and I don't recall seeing any T&C's link when entering (which experience tells me must have been there). I can't find it anywhere on this forum so I guess I spotted it on my FB newsfeed.
I've googled every search term possible including emailing the company handling the competition but they've been unable to provide me with them and can only provide T&C's for a competition which took place a month prior to my competition.
Can anyone help me to track them down? It was for the Social Wine competition to name and design a label for Tesco's new wine.
It may help if I tell you the reason why I need them....
There were 2 separate parts of the competition: 1 to create the name and 2 to design the label. Both were separate competitions with different entry, closing dates and voting periods. The prize was a trip to the vineyard in Cape Town for 7 nights to visit the community of Enaleni, see the wine crops and the wine being bottled.
I was informed that my name of Enaleni's Dream was selected as one of 10 finalists and would go to vote on 15th July with the winner announced on 23rd July. The label design competition was still open for entries at this point and would go to vote on 22nd July. All finalists would receive a case of the wine. As it happens the name voting opened a day and half late (which is another potential issue).
I received no further updates from them and they did not announce the winner on Facebook, Twitter and Tesco wine blog until 7th August. Imagine my surprise to find that my wine name had been selected yet they'd announced the winner as the person who had designed the label!
I contacted the competition company to ask for clarification and a copy of the T&C's as in their initial email they stated they'd attached a copy but had not. After chasing them again I received a response stating " Yes the winner of the Social Wine is the label design...and you will still receive a case of the wine". I was provided with the T&C's for the wine tasting/grape selection event which had taken place the previous month and was not related to the competition I had entered.
I immediately replied pointing this out and expressing my disappointment that technically I had "won" as they were using my wine name yet I was not receiving any recognition therefore what was the point of holding 2 competitions and how did they choose one winner from the 2 competitions? I have received no reply to this request, not even a basic acknowledgement and would just like things clarifying as the entire process has been very misleading.
All information I had read leading up to entering the competition, and since then refers to winners (multiple) receiving the prize trip implying a winner from both naming and labelling. Hence the reason why I need the T&C's to clear this up and fight my corner if necessary.
Obviously if T&C's show there was to be one winner and clear details of how this one winner would be selected then that is fine but it's annoying me (and I'm losing sleep) that I can't clear this up!
Any advice on what to do next?
Thanking you all in advance :T

One winner of the branding contest gets to go to South Africa to visit the community, etc. etc.
Not from the T&C's but an article about the competition

Cannot find T&Cs but another article indicating one overalll winnerAn app, created by agency We Are Social, will appear on Tesco’s Facebook page, through which ideas can be uploaded for the online community to vote on. The originator of the winning name or design will win a trip to South Africa, courtesy of wine importer, Enotria. The winning wine will be on sale in store and online from October

This article seems to suggest that both winners get the trip, but it might just be their interpretation. I can't seem to find the terms yet but will keep looking for you, I think maybe they went when the app got closed?

Edit to add: Quick question, were there 10 names and 10 label designs? Or a mixture of 10, say 5 of each?0 -
Looks like the comp wasn't posted on here (unless I'm just being blind..??) but the winning announcement on facbeook just says 'her design' it doesn't say she chose the name: https://www.facebook.com/tesco/app_210250815791897?app_data=%7B%22referer%22%3A%22%5C%2Fhome%22%7D
This is why posting t&c's for certain comps is a good idea imho though2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -

Apart from the "...allowing other consumers to vote for a name and design winner before a winner is announced"0 -
Interestingly, it seems all of the bloggers that chose the wine to be named and designed have been asked to put up the same story, as I've seen it on a few blogs now, in which it says:The Social Wine Winner from @TescoWines @EnotriaUK is Enaleni’s Dream.
So basically, they're using your wine name as the 'winner' in the description. However, the person that designed the label wouldn't have been able to without the name?
I'm a bit confused to be honest, were the label designs without the name when designed, did they just have a sort of "name here" bit in the type of writing they would use, or were the label designs done after your name was picked?0 -
This suggests just one winnerOne winner, whose name or design will be voted for by the online community, will win a trip to South Africa, courtesy of Enotria.

They were done at the same time from what I've read so you could design label or come up with name so they didn't need the name to design if that makes any sense..?2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89

It might be with both a winning name and a winning design being selected whichever of the two had most votes was then overall competition winner.0

Also if you only found all this out on 7th August and have been emailing them and then not received a response to your latest email, you haven't really given them very long to reply. Maybe wait until next week and see if you get a response with T&C's then as looks like they were removed when app was closed (if there were any in the first place) but most tesco comps seem to have them.2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
