Nationwide soft search
I've just applied for a Nationwide loan - recommended on this forum as a good 'soft' option (£3k over 12 months). Been given a quote which is active for today only, and which I can afford. Is it worth pursuing further as I still have a default on my credit file. This loan will settle the outstanding debt in full, although the default is not due to disappear until Feb 2015. All other debts are settled although two remain with defaults attached until Dec 2013 and August 2015. Anybody been successful in my position?
Any advice much appreciated.

With three defaults on your file, I really cannot see you being accepted after Nationwide do a full credit search on your application 8alder.Bear in mind that the soft search is usually done with Call Credit who may or may not have those defaulted accounts on their files. Pretty certain that Experian will have that information.
Try if you don't care about the search and are not planning a future
