Long story short but my Nana passed away 3 years ago
and my mum is about to exchange contracts on her house and she has offered to give me and OH £10-£15k for a deposit for our first home.
Will the bank frown upon this? We have been renting for 4 years at £550 a month so wanna get a foot on the ladder. We have about £4k saved for fees etc xxx
