    I agree, I didn't enter but I know a lot of people will have paid a fair bit of money to buy these cookies (they're not cheap) so it seems so very wrong to fix the winner. :(

    Hiya im just dealing with a different complaint and i had loads of help from this guy, hes now forwarded my complaint on to the ASA , i think hes be mentioned a few times on MSE too.

    Just to let everyone know I emailed the company and got the following response

    We appreciate your feedback. Due to a communication error between our competition team and Facebook content team a couple of our Facebook page posts were slightly incorrect.

    We apologise for any inconvenience and confusion caused by this and re-confirm that the competition was ran fully within its terms

    Still seems like they're trying to wriggle out of it, I can't see how can there have been confusion, surely there was no reason to say they were enjoying looking through entries if they werent actually doing that? I still think the winner was chosen rather than a random draw :(
