I don't enter their comps but I think it is great you are pursuing it :)

I agree, I didn't enter but I know a lot of people will have paid a fair bit of money to buy these cookies (they're not cheap) so it seems so very wrong to fix the winner. :(

The Promoter reserves the right to reject those entries which it considers, in its absolute discretion, do not comply with these terms and conditions or are fraudulent, invalid, ugly or will not look good in future publicity. ;)

Hahahaha! Very clever one eye! Made me chuckle!
  • Now they keep posting lots every day to push the posts complaining about their competition conduct down.

Does anyone have contact details for Asa - anyone who has helped out before or any other organisations?

    Thanks!

  • Just to let everyone know I emailed the company and got the following response

We appreciate your feedback. Due to a communication error between our competition team and Facebook content team a couple of our Facebook page posts were slightly incorrect.

We apologise for any inconvenience and confusion caused by this and re-confirm that the competition was ran fully within its terms

    Kind regards

I still refuse to believe it was random as stated in the T&C's though as the image that won was just tooo perfect _o

Still seems like they're trying to wriggle out of it, I can't see how can there have been confusion, surely there was no reason to say they were enjoying looking through entries if they werent actually doing that? I still think the winner was chosen rather than a random draw :(
