Best Rate for Remortgaging?

My two year variable of 2.99% comes to an end this month. What is the best rate with the cheapest fee out there at the minute? I usually visit banks etc, but can't get out of the house at the minute. Is there another way of researching this online? My LTV is approx 26%. Any advice would be appreciated :)

    Fixed or tracker?

    2 years, 3 years, 4, years, 5 years, Lifetime...?
