I didn't mean to sound bad when I said that; it's taken 8 years for our turnover to somewhat settle, and I've bought out a number of Ltd companies with a tax bill they hadn't budgeted for, and for that reason sold some of them not long after for 10x what I paid for them (the core of the business was profitable, it was just bad financial management)
It's easy to plan, but unfortunately the plans don't always work.
