When I'm on shifts I only get time to do about an hour, so about 50-100 a day. If really pushed, then I only do the higher value things that we would like or comps with multiple prizes, and ignore the smaller single prizes.
I think every few months I have a bigger win worth several hundred pounds - usually women's clothing - which keeps the wife and daughter happy.
tbh not many prizes I've won are really for men, most are jewellery, clothes/shoes, or makeup.

Depends if I'm busy with family/housework/friends or not.
Some days/weeks I'll do none, other days I can do a couple of hundred.
Obviously the more you enter the more chance you have of winning a prize.
If you only want bigger prizes, only enter for the bigger prizes instead of using the time entering smaller ones.
I didn't enter comps for pretty much the whole of July, only did the end of the month ones for things I really really wanted (normally enter for pressies for people too lol).
I only won one prize, but was worth it as was my biggest to date. Just enter the ones you really want, even better if they involve effort ;)
    Comping since Feb 2012.

Best wins - Pram, £800+ Baby equipment, Big  gadget bundle, Summer hamper, £500 worth Freeze 24/7 products, Sony Xperia Z, £200 worth tanning/beauty products.

I probs do about 50-100 on average, if I have a day off work all to myself then I probs could do about 300 in a day. Depends on how much spare time I have, I try to do as much as possible, and even when I'm out I'll do twitter comps because they just easy and accessible.
  • I aim for 50 a day, but I only enter for prizes I really want. I think when you're short on time, its best to set yourself a time limit, and really focus on entering, as its so easy to spend too long pondering and not being productive.

If you want to make your wife happy, perhaps try and win some girlie stuff or a lovely holiday, I'm sure she won't mind you entering for longer then.

I can't say how many I enter but I don't think quantity has ever changed things for me. I am not very lucky and it is clear some people really are. I guess I don't stop trying because i still hope. Plus as long as I don't get intense about what comps I may have missed I find it relaxing! So I would say whatever you have time to do is enough as you gave yourself a chance and if big wins matter most just do them. Just believe you have as much chance as anyone to win. I can't really comment on magazine dailies and if entering those every day ups your chances. Also I don't do rafflecoptor or effort comps and they may be less likely to depend on luck and more on talents and less people entering them? All the best and hope you keep enjoying it all :)

I'm on and off with comping. When I'm at uni I have a lot less time and I pretty much gave it up all together last year. I've started again this week, now that I have a ton of free time, and I aim for at least 100 per day. I only enter for things I'd like to win though, and most of them are Twitter comps so only take a second to do.

I try to do all comps in date end order, and just about manage all I want to enter for that day. Occasionally the last two days. Varies between around 50-250. If I finish early and want to do a few, I search for twitter ones and do those.

You might not have more of a chance to win one comp, but if you entered one a day and 100 a day, you're obviously bound to win sooner rather than later with the larger amount. It's not like the lottery where you could buy 1,000,000 tickets and still not be any closer to winning the Big One!

I have to confess, I had a day a little while ago that I strayed on the comping board instead of living in Grabbit and vouchers, and I entered everything on the first and second page that wasn't a holiday (we've already booked and paid this year), and yesterday I won one of them! So I entered a bunch more today :)
