Wrong goods delivered - what am I entitled to expect?

I ordered season 1 of 24 online, it was clearly marked season 1 (6 discs) at the time of ordering, on the confirmation email and, when delivered, on the invoice. However, the retailer sent the Try Out TV version (1 disc only 4 episodes).

Given the price was a bargain (£8) I suspect they made a mistake in their online descriptions and meant to sell the 1-disc edition. However, having accepted the order, taken the money and stated all along it was the 6-disc complete season, am I entitled to have the full package sent or can they just back out with only giving a refund?

Haven't heard back from the retailer yet, but just wanted to get a better idea of the situation, so if anyone knows I'd be most greatful.

I'm not 100% sure but if it's marked on the confirmation email & invoice as being 'season 1 (6 discs)' then I'm sure that's what you are entitled to get. However I know nothing about the legalities of this.

    Hope you get it sorted!

    Hmm
I would expect the retailer to ask you to return the wrong discs, then refund you your return postage and then send you what you ordered along with an apology and perhaps a gift token or something.
