fancy cold cooked chicken for a salad?

I tend to buy my chickens whole and then joint before using and freezing.
I have some pieces that I would like to use for tomorrows salad dinner. How can I make them into something tasty? I was thinking along the lines of some tikka chicken peices as seen in the supermarket. Though I am open to suggestions.

How about turning them into a pasta salad? I do this to help use up the sunday roast, boiled pastea, chicken and i add cumber, onions, red pepper, sweetcorn - in fact anything you need to use up - plenty of black pepper and a splodge of mayonaise or salad cream...-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50
