Perhaps ????

Had a phone call from FedEx on Monday to say they had tried to deliver a parcel (competition win):j from Smart beds in Suffolk.(No FedEx card was put through the letter box).
The lady promised delivery Tuesday, waited all day, then Tuesday afternoon I received an automated call saying it would be delivered on Wednesday...no it wasn't.
Have just phoned FedEx only to be told that the parcel has been loaded onto a truck for return to sender  and it's too late to have it redirected to me
Has anyone the vaguest idea what comp the prize might be from ? & what the prize might be ? Apparently it weighs 20kg.
Have done a search for Smart beds without luck.
Any help would be gratefully received.
Moral of the story ? Don't go near FedEx with a bargepole:mad:
Good luck all.
Robbie.

Sorry, but how do I do that ?
    Best of luck.
    Robbie.

    ps
Had a reply from a very nice guy at Smart Beds who had sent the prize & he promised to tackle FedEx about this & resend the prize.
btw the prize was a 20kg bundle of chicken litter ( a straw based bedding for chickens) which we had entered hoping to win it for a friend of Jeans who keeps chooks. So perhaps we'll have a happy ending after all, we get the prize to pass on & the chooks get comfy bums !:rotfl:
