Does this mean that if my default was done in 19/11/2010 then this 19/11/2013 the default should no longer matter to Barclays?

I had similar with Barclays last year and they advised it's 3 years from the date the ccj was satisfied, so I have had to wait till now to apply.

Good luck, maybe it would be worth speaking to an independent mortgage advisor to find out if any lenders go below 3 years.

How much was the default? £449

    Date of registration? 19/11/2010

    Date of satisfaction? 03/10/2011

Which version(s) of your credit file(s) is it visible on? Noodle.co.uk as of yesterday.

What's the loan to value? (mortgage amount divided by purchase price) I need a mortgage of £63,000.00 as I will only be buying 20% of the property. Property amount is £280K and I have a £7K Deposit but my in laws will add to this if needed
20% is less than the mortgage amount you've mentioned and no lender I know does less than 25% on shared ownership, so not much I can do with this.

If you'd satisfied the default within three months of registration it would have been ignored by one well-known shared ownership specialist lender.
