AIP = Good % of Yes ?

So I have been accepted for a mortgage in Principal (AIP) with Leeds Building Society, My mortgage broker ran the credit check (I think he did he took all my details and went through the application process) and I got a AIP within 30 seconds.
I have also provided proof via payslips and banks statements that my declared wages are correct and I have also provided proof that my declared deposit amount is correct. I am on the electoral register, I have 0 zero debt and my credit score across all 3 CRA's is about 800
Given the above and the fact that my AIP is just 85% LTV and all my particulars are correct and accurate do you see any reason why I won't get the mortgage officially ?
Also for ref the property is being sold by a bank so they have already priced keenly so my mortgage valuation should be fine as they are only checking to see if its worth the asking price (which the seller has dicounted for a fast sale).
I hop my AIP turns into a proper YES as I have spent £500 so far on fee's etc and I don't want to lose that.
Please advise ?

I forgot to add that the only slight issue is that on the full application it asked for Nationality, It had all the EU countries apart from Slovakia (which is my nationality). My mortgage adviser put a note on there marking the issue and clarifying that I am Slovakian (which has been in the EU for over 10 years). I have full right of abode in the UK (as a EU citizen) and I have been here for 7 years and have worked full time since day 1, I have also had the same bank account / NI number since day 1. Hope this won't cause a problem ?0

There is nothing that stands out as causing a problem. If you have passed the AIP then providing you have the evidence to back up what you have said there should be no problems... your broker would/should have checked this before hand anyway so i wouldnt worry too much.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Hi,
You do need to be prepared for the Leeds underwriting, as they can be hard work.
They will want all manner of documents and information and they request it in a frustrating manner.
That said, their rates are good and so long as the information was keyed appropriately; their AIP's are largely reliable
Good luckI am a Mortgage Broker
