Chat Daily Mags Video Problem

I've just tried to do some daily mags & got to the Chat mag comps.

All was working well with the first few being clicky ones to say you don't want things but then when the vids started there is no way to mute them, so I turned PC sound off, but at the end of the video's they usually click to thanks for entering none of the vids would do that they just stayed on the page so I can not enter the comps

I have not tried any of the other mags so far but wondered if anyone else is getting this?

I had that happen with the new daily at InStyle.

Clicked it out and tried it again and it worked.

Last time there was this problem (when they first started using the videos) it was IE that had a problem.

I had that as well, but found by clicking F5 when the video ended it worked ok.

I will go back soon & try it again then & if they get stuck again click F5 or/and sign out then in again

I had that problem earlier too Luckyone with one of the Woman ones and even after clicking the play button on the video (that we don't normally have to do) it didn't sort it, so came out of it and entering again and got through OK that time. I'll try that F5 tip next time too thanks indie :beer:
