I was recently burgled after my porch window was taken out by the burglars. My insurance company won't pay out as the window was locked on the vent setting, apparently thieves have a tool they can use to manipulate the lock, as I am not a burglar I was not aware of this!! I am looking for some advice on appealing the insurance any help gratefully received
